Pnc bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into quicken I continue to have periodic problems with transaction download from pnc, even though the connection says express web connect+. I can see new transactions on the pnc site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from pnc into quicken since friday.
Anyone having issues again with downloading from pnc bank I've been doing online updates to pnc bank without any issues up until about a month ago. It says it connects and there's nothing to download but i know that is wrong.
I have reached out to both quicken and pnc The quicken support team mentioned that this is a pnc bank issue I spent more than one hour with the pnc support people I still cannot connect and update pnc accounts in quiken and have also lost a direct connection to pnc
After pnc bank updated there banking interface on october 26, 2025, one step updates to quicken stopped working. Direct connect has not downloaded pnc transactions for the last week. Been on phone and at computer all morning and afternoon trying to get pnc direct connect working again. I am unable to connect 3 out of 4 accounts with pnc direct, even though i have the pin sent to me from pnc.
