Hrc can keystroke log every entry into ees to see who edited what Hrc evaluation branch will frontload evals for promotion boards first, so it will take months to get processed if your eval is not for a board

Mine was submitted back in december and according to the eval webpage it's still with the examiner and has not been submitted to iperms yet I've checked and it hasn't been kicked back, so it's been with the examiner for almost 3 months now.
