New to this site but wanted some latest information on keller bay near olivia Is green lake fresh water or. Fished there a couple of times the last week or so and have had very little success
Some i have asked this past week have same result Where are boat ramps located for the victoria barge canal Water is in great shape considering surrounded bay in lavaca.
I have just moved to around weedhaven tx and i water access to carancahuna bay I was wondering how the fishing is in this bay and what the best way to fish it is I mainly fish the laguna madre and this bay looks like a whole different type of fishing Any advice and tips is greatly appreciated!
Carancahua/olivia both bays are good for fishing if you know the right spots As far as boat ramps go, there is a good one in front at olivia Pretty sure there is still one a little ways up the creek at a bait camp (haven't used it in years) As for carancuhua, it has very limited access unless you are willing to run a good ways.
The marshes around indianola are pretty soft and powderhorn are pretty soft Olivia has decent wade fishing as well, popular kayak launch It think it's like $3 per person. There is a public boat ramp on hwy 35 just before you get to cape carancahua
They reworked it a couple of years ago and we see people put in there quite often There is also a public ramp at the end of 172 in olivia Just a couple of options. Tho these boats are different in many ways, i have been doing a lot of research
I have found that the explorer is more expensive and does not carry a warrenty as good as bluewave The bluewave seems to be a good bang for the buck So i am looking for opinions Do you think the explorer is worth the extra money.

Can you take a boat up in that lake and if so where are the boat ramps
