I have a 2016 malibu lt and like many others have the p1101 pop up every other month I took my 15 chevy malibu with check engine light on and radio turning off when it would go to auto/stop code was p305f battery wires and ground look good they replaced a fuse block located on top of battery and changed a connector and installed a new pigtail i really don’t know what all this means but it might help someone with this code i. I read the forums and did the usual change the maf and cleaned throttle body several times
The code would clear but come back in a few weeks I can really hear it well when i let go of the gas since the engine quiets down Car runs fine with check engine on so i just ignore until i get to.

I pull out instrument cluster panel fuse for one minute, reinsert it, then everything works normally The next day or sometimes a few hours later, the instrument panel is dead again.
