As it pertains to this service, payer provides bottomline with permission to act on its behalf to capture payee invoices and authorizes bottomline to provide invoice status information to payees via the paymode services. Paymode shall amend this addendum as necessary to ensure that the parties comply with regulations governing the privacy, security, and format of the transactions.
